On November 18, as the largest and the most authoritative and influential gatherings in private hospital industry, China Private Hospital Development Conference 2017 and China Private Hospital Infrastructure & Management Summit 2017 opened with grand ceremonies in the Conference Center of Changzhou Municipal Government, Jiangsu Province. Meanwhile, leaders from the relevant ministries and commissions of the state and the relevant health and family planning departments at provincial and municipal level, foreign and domestic hospital management & medical experts, and the directors of large-scale public and private hospitals delivered keynote speeches and performed multi-angle and multi-level analysis, exploration, and discussion with more than 1,500 investors & directors of private hospitals, academic leaders, and the enterprise representatives from the relevant industries in respect of the key topics fixed by the annual meeting.

In the afternoon, Mr. Lei attended the summit as keynote guest speaker and delivered an impressive speech, entitled as Found Hospitals with Integrity, Run Hospitals through Culture, and Manage Hospitals by Systems on the forum for the experience exchange on innovative development of private hospitals. He introduced the history and business pattern of Beijing Aikang Group to the managers from the nationwide private hospital industry and domestic and foreign authoritative experts in medical treatment and public health from 4 angles, i.e. introduction to Aikang, mission of Aikang, strategic investment & cooperation, and future development of Aikang. Mr. Lei mentioned that in the past few years, Beijing Aikang Group had paid more attention to first-rate service for patients while building brand culture and undertaken more social responsibilities while enhancing medical service quality based on the core value of “Patients First”. Aikang Group has consistently focused on vulnerable groups and done what it can to relieve the pressures of the public in living or medical service due to factors such as disasters and poverty and engaged in programs for public good by a host of ways such as corporate sponsorship and voluntary donation by employees.

Mr. Lei added that to help patients experience better service and give full play to social supervision, the Social Supervisor System of the Group had operated for 5 years. For ages, it has also encouraged its staff to follow the example of “Service Star”, enhance service awareness, and improv service skills, thus strengthening the core service advantages of its hospitals.
